INCIDENT DESCRIPTION
The fire broke out in the centrifugal unit of the chemical manufacturing facility and subsequently spread to another operational unit of the plant. The incident resulted in thick flames engulfing the surrounding areas, creating a significant fire hazard within the facility.
PERSONNEL RESPONSE
Upon discovering the fire, all 14 workers present at the facility immediately evacuated and fled from the premises. No personnel were trapped or injured during the evacuation process.

Fire service personnel were immediately deployed to the incident site. Fire tenders responded promptly and successfully extinguished the blaze. The fire was brought under control and completely doused by emergency responders.
