Challenges strategies, key plans and governance;

Maintains a focus on HSE leadership (personal and organisational);
Identifies those who need support / coaching and engaging the business line managers to support internal development;
Operational support;
Knows and understands the HSE challenges in projects to either provide support or hold others accountable to deliver;
Governance:
Maintains HSE assurance program and integrity of HSE controls across the business, including projects, tenders, and mandated standards;
Assesses the real status of engagement, accountability, and supporting behavior of leaders/personnel delivering on projects;
Supports winning new work:
Direct tender support;
Builds network;
Is capable of delivering key messages as a senior HSE professional;
Sustains regional and corporate HSE reporting;
Develops HSE strategies to support the business;
